What is Red Button Escape?

Red Button Escape is the premier escape room attraction in Coral Springs – which is located in South Florida. It is the latest in family friendly entertainment. Started by a couple of local guys looking for an escape…adventure!

Do I need to book in advance?

Yes, we strongly recommend booking a reservation before arriving at the location.

How early should I arrive for my game? Anything else I should know?

Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your game start time. Games will begin at their scheduled start times and being late might cause you to have less than sixty minutes to play.
Please be aware that some of our rooms have dark to dim lighting. If you have trouble reading small print, it may be wise to bring your reading glasses.

How do I pay? What is the pricing?

We prefer that games are paid online at the time of booking. If you have circumstances that require otherwise please contact us.

 

Pricing is $30 per person (anytime after 4PM and all day Saturday).
Our matinee pricing is $24 per person (Monday through Friday before 4PM).

 

Please contact us for large group discounts such as birthday parties, corporate events, etc.

Is there an age limit?

We recommend our games for ages 12 and up. We do allow younger players, but some of the game content may be too difficult for them. Players that are under 18 must be accompanied by a paying adult.

How long is each game?

Each game is designed for one hour of intense fun! Plan remember to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to each game for preparation and briefing.

Am I really going to be “locked” in a room?

You will be in a room with a locked doors. However, there are emergency exits provided that can be accessed by anyone. Should you feel the need to leave the room, you are welcome to do so at anytime.

How do I book a private adventure room?

To book an entire adventure room, select “Private Event” under the options section on the booking screen.  All of our adventure rooms have a 10 player capacity. Please call us if you have questions about groups larger than 10.

Can you accommodate large parties or corporate events?

Yes, we can accommodate large parties and corporate groups. If you would like help booking your large group event or would like to rent out our entire facility, please contact us to receive a custom quote.

Do I need to purchase all the available tickets?

Absolutely not. Get one or a few and you could possibly be teamed with other people in the same game! Some people prefer to play as a private group, which is fine. Others enjoy playing with new people as it can be a great way to make new friends and have fun!

Can I come at a time that is not listed in the schedule?

Please contact us for special arrangements and we will try to accommodate you.

Can I come back and try again?

Yes, we have multiple adventure rooms available. However, each adventure may only be attempted once, unless you book the entire room. Please pay attention to which room you are booking since you will want to experience a new adventure each time.

Do you offer refunds?

All of our games are refundable when cancelled 24 or more hours in advance of your booking. No refunds are offered for games cancelled 24 hours or less prior to your booking or in case of no-show. In most cases, we can reschedule your game if you contact us at least 24 hours prior to your game start time.

Do you offer special pricing or discounts?

Yes. We offer discounted matinee pricing Monday through Friday for all games before 4:00 PM.

 

We do put out promotion codes from time to time as well. If you have a promo code, please enter it in the booking screen before making your reservation.
