Yes,  we strongly recommend booking a reservation before arriving at the location.

Bookings on our website must be made at least 1 hour before game time.

Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your game start time.  Games will begin at their scheduled start times and being late might cause you to have less than sixty minutes to play.

Please note that some of our rooms have dark to dim lighting.  If you have trouble reading small print,  it may be wise to bring your reading glasses.

Please be aware that if anyone in your party is under the influence of drugs or alcohol when participating,  they will be asked to leave the activity.

We prefer that games are paid online at the time of booking.  If you have circumstances that require otherwise please contact us.

Pricing is $37.00 per person

If you’re booking a group of 10 with no lobby reservation,  please use promo code “BDAY” at checkout to save 15%.

We recommend our games for ages 10 and up.  We do allow younger players,  but some of the game content may be challenging for them.

It is recommended that players under 18 be accompanied by a paying adult.  However,  if your group does not have an adult,  we still ask that an adult sign a waiver for anyone under 18 years old.

Each game is designed for one hour of intense fun!  Please remember to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to each game for preparation and briefing.

You will be in a room with locked doors.  However,  there are emergency exits provided that can be accessed by anyone.  Should you feel the need to leave the room,  you are welcome to do so at anytime.

Yes, we can accommodate large parties and corporate groups. If you would like help booking your large group event or would like to rent out our entire facility, please contact us to receive a custom quote.

Please also note that lobby party reservations are allowed. Please call us to reserve the lobby.
(There is a $50 fee [$100 for groups of 20+]. Reservation is for 1 hour before or after an escape room event. Please note that the lobby is not a “party room” and is in fact our lobby. Other customers may come in and out during the party time).

All of our games are refundable when cancelled 24 or more hours in advance of your booking.  No refunds are offered for games cancelled 24 hours or less prior to your booking or in case of no-show.  In most cases,  we can reschedule your game if you contact us at least 24 hours prior to your game start time.
